Today marks day number 12 since my last co-wash but I am sorry to say that we will be starting over this evening. As you can see, it doesn't look too bad but the definition is almost completely gone. Honestly, that's OK sometimes but as we all know, if I leave it alone for too long, the detangle session is going to be u.g.l.y.!So, with that in mind, I gave my inner PJ (product junkie) a fix today and purchased some new goodies from Whole Foods. Tonight after a pre-poo made of coconut milk, olive oil and conditioner, I am going to WASH - yeah, I said it, WASH with Giovanni Smooth as Silk Deep Moisture Shampoo, Condition/Detangle with Giovanni's Deeper Moisture Conditioner and then use Giovanni's Nutrafix Deeper Moisture Conditioner. I chose Giovanni because it's sulfate free and I've hear some great things about it. The deep conditioner has protein in it so I am interested to see how my hair reacts to it. I promise to let you know how it goes. ~naturalmel
